Basic Notary Services
Acknowledgements, first signature of each signer - $15.00
Acknowledgements, each additional signature - $5.00
Administering and oath or affirmation w/out a signature - $5.00
Certified Copies - $5.00
Jurat, for each signature - $15.00

Travel/Mobile Notary Fees
Travel Fees are in addition to notary fees.

Travel between 6 am and 7 pm --- $15.00 minimum.

Travel between 7 pm and 6 am --- $30.00 minimum (Pre-payment of fee required via Zelle 30 minutes prior to travel time.)

Loan Signing Service Fees
Loan signing fees are billed at a flat rate and include document preparation, printing of both lender and borrower docs (E-Docs), presentation of documents to the borrower(s), all signatures and notarizations, fax-backs (if required), document drops (FedEx or UPS overnight courier service (airbill must be provided), and travel fees.

Late/Cancelation Fee
Requests to cancel or reschedule your appointment without timely notification, may incur up to a $25 cancelation/reschedule fee. Please review your requested service for policy.
