Basic Notary Services
Acknowledgements, first signature of each signer - $15.00
Acknowledgements, each additional signature - $7.5
Administering and oath or affirmation w/out a signature - $7.50

Travel/Mobile Notary Fees
Travel Fees are in addition to notary fees and are payable in advance.

Weekdays - Travel between 6 am and 7 pm --- $5.00 minimum

Weekdays - Travel between 7 pm and 6 am --- $10.00 minimum

Loan Signing Service Fees
Loan signing fees are billed at a flat rate and include document preparation, printing of both lender and borrower docs (E-Docs), presentation of documents to the borrower(s), all signatures and notarizations, fax-backs (if required), document drops (FedEx or UPS overnight courier service (airbill must be provided), and travel fees.
