Service Description

- Loan Closings - Refinance - HELOCs (Home Equity Line of Credit) - Reverse Mortgage - Seller's Packages - Home Loan Applications - Deeds - Documents related to Real Property Loan signing fees are billed at a flat rate and includes document preparation, printing of both lender and borrower docs if E-docs (up to 100 pages each), presentation of documents to the borrower, all signatures and notarizations, fax-backs (if required), document drop (Fed Ex or UPS overnight courier service, airbill must be provided), and travel fees.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a loan signing appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance. Requests to cancel or reschedule your appointment without 24 hours notification, may incur a $25 cancelation/reschedule fee. . Thank you.
