Whether you need a neutral third party to observe a signing or require additional witnesses for notarized documents, we provide reliable and convenient solutions. What Does a Witness Do? A witness is an impartial third party who observes the signing of a document and attests to its authenticity by signing as well. Their role is to: - Confirm the identity of the signer. - Verify that the signature is genuine. - Ensure that the signer is acting willingly and without coercion. Many legal documents require both a witness and notarization to be legally binding. Examples include: - Wills - Powers of Attorney - Mortgage Agreements - Deeds of Trust Our Witness Services Include: - Mobile Witness Service – We can serve as impartial witnesses for document signings at your home, attorney’s office, or designated location. Fee: $30 per witness. (Two witnesses are required for each will. The charge remains the same whether one individual or a married couple is signing their wills.) - Witnesses for Notarizations – If your document packet includes notarized documents that require witnesses, we can provide them for an additional fee.
